Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak Nears Debut at The Mirage

“Top Chef” judge Tom Colicchio’s new restaurant at The Mirage, Heritage Steak, has lost its construction wall but is gaining momentum as it nears its opening date, Aug. 19, 2013.

Buzz has been solid about this new offering, and we popped by for a pic of the newly-revealed exterior of the restaurant’s lounge area.

Heritage Steak has been fully integrated into the lush atrium area at The Mirage. The restaurant and lounge wrap around waterfalls sure to make dining at the new restaurant a soothing experience.

Steaks will be cooked over open flame and the “glow of the hearth will be infused in the restaurant’s design.” Oh, we’re big fans of infusing.
