Went to get ice cream on a recent trip to Las Vegas based on this review at the Paradise Road shop. The ice cream was damn good. The service was bright and friendly. There was a line, and the scoopers were patient with the many people that wanted to “try” all the flavors. You could make a meal out of the samples, and many people appear to do just that, hence the line. I like ice cream. I do. But picking a flavor aint a life decision, folks. It’s rude to the servers and rude to the long line now out the door into the 110F LV weather. They then got something cheap to cover their tracks after 6-8 “samples”. Guess they were all headed to their next sumo bout.
There’s no seating in the place, so you take the ice cream out to you car with the a/c on. But that is of course fine. You’d need a lot of seating area for the size of the people coming here. Seriously.
The ice cream flavors are unique and worth every dime. Yes, it’s expensive, and yes you want to tip generously. That’s a hard job those people have. Highlight of a trip to LV, honest.
More reviews of places like this, Scott, please. It. Was. Delicious.
