The Hyatt brand doesn’t automatically mean “quality”. they simply have a customer data base like every hotel (motel 6) operation in the world and it’s going to take a lot more than a name to fill the RIO.

]]>Clearly you don’t understand the hotel industry. Done correctly, the the Rio could leverage their new affiliation with Hyatt Hotels to help fill the place. That’s something the Palms is not able to do because they don’t have a marketing agreement with major hotel group.
]]>Trop is a fairly terrible location, and Rio makes a lot more sense. My contact at Rio says nothing’s over until it’s over.
