A One-Minute Guide to All the Cirque Shows in Las Vegas

There are so many Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas, it’s hard to keep track of them all. Here, then, is our convenient one-minute guide to all the Cirque shows in Las Vegas, past and present.

“O” at Bellagio

The water one.

We're just getting started, and we're already sort of creeped out.

“The Beatles Love” at The Mirage

The Beatles one.

The Love theater at The Mirage has 6,341 speakers, which drives the people with OCD crazy.

“Zumanity” at New York-New York

The meh one, but with boobs.

It's supposed to be sexy, but it's sort of sexy in the way mitosis is sexy.
It’s supposed to be all about sex, but it’s sort of about sex the way mitosis is about sex.

Note: “Zumanity” has closed permanently. It’s final show was March 14, 2020. See “Mad Apple” below.

“Zarkana” at Aria

Another closed one.

Apparently, there were no kitchen sinks available.
“Zarkana” closed on April 30, 2016. You didn’t miss anything.

“Kà” at MGM Grand

The Asian-themed one.

This one's easy to remember because it's named after the sound a chihuaua makes after it eats too quickly.

“Le Rêve” at Wynn Las Vegas

The closed one that wasn’t a Cirque show.

Close enough, though.
Why split hairs?

Note: “Le Reve” has closed permanently. The final performance of “Le Reve” was March 10, 2020.

“Michael Jackson One” at Mandalay Bay

The alleged pedophile one.

Being talented doesn't get you off the hook.
Sorry, but being talented or dead doesn’t get you off the hook.

“Viva Elvis,” Formerly at Aria

Another one that’s left the building.

Also, the one that blew Cirque's GPA.

“Mystere” at Treasure Island

The one we get mixed up with “Kà.”

"Mystere" was originally planned for Caesars Palace, but it was deemed too financially risky. Good call, there.

Criss Angel’s “Mindfreak Live” at Planet Hollywood

The one where you demand a refund. Kidding! It’s been retooled. And trust us, “tool” is the operative term here.

Mindfreak Live
There’s barely any Cirque left in the new incarnation of Criss Angel’s show. If only there were less Criss Angel screaming at the top of his lungs for no particular reason.

“Blue Man Group”

The one you didn’t expect to see on this list. That’s right, Luxor’s “Blue Man Group” was purchased by Cirque du Soleil in July 2017.

Blue Man Group
Quirky. Funny. Rhythmic. Earless. “Blue Man Group” is a Vegas must-see.

We hope that helps keep all the Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas straight.

As for our favorites, “Mystere” and “O” are reliably impressive. Just don’t try to figure out the plots. It’s a French-Canadian thing.

Update (11/12/21): “Amystika” is not a Cirque show, but looks like it could be. That’s because Franco Dragone (the guy behind “O” and “Mystere”) is involved.

Amystika
The other one that isn’t a a Cirque show, and don’t spend any time learning to pronounce it, it won’t be around long.

“Mad Apple” at New York-New York

The one that wants to be “Absinthe.”

“Mad Apple” opened on May 26, 2022 at New York-New York.
