I'm a retired Realtor in Texas but still a practicing New Mexico Broker until August/2021 when I will be fully retired helping Buyer, Sellers and Investors after 36 years. My next phase is to become a real estate investor looking for properties to rehab and flip to stay busy and to add to me and my wife's retirement.
When my wife retires in about 2.5 years, we plan on doing a lot of traveling.

I got the poker bug in 2003 when I saw Chris Moneymaker, a regular guy win the World Series of Poker on ESPN. I organized monthly tournaments at work after hours for years at my office with other Realtors, Title Co. people and customers from around the city wanting to play once the word got around about our game. I play on Zynga but I feel this site is more like playing real poker depending on the limit games being played. I'm hoping to fine tune my game to see if I can take this experience to the Cash Tables at our local Social Poker Club in El Paso.
