That won’t last much longer, however, as the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and DGE will need to review the buyer’s gaming license application.<\/strong><\/p>\n“There’s nothing to prevent Ocean or the acquiring person or entity to announce beforehand,” gaming consultant Dan Heneghan told the Press of Atlantic City<\/i>. “It’s their choice.
