SLAPP, or Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, are laws that attempt to block frivolous lawsuits by plaintiffs who are trying to silence, intimidate, or censor their critics. Lower Nevada courts cited SLAPP rules in dismissing Adelson’s case against the NJDC.<\/p>\n
