The Michigan Legislature is treading cautiously when it comes to expanding gaming in the state. A bill that was only introduced in early May that would allow bettors to place parimutuel horse racing bets on their mobile devices has quickly gained far-reaching support, but casinos are, not surprisingly, adamantly opposed to the measure.<\/p>\n
