Ohio-based International Content Liquidations (ICL), which had been selling TVs, furniture, art, and lighting fixtures piecemeal from the 67-year-old casino resort, has now added entire suites to its inventory. Their prices range from $1,500 to $3,500.

That includes anything you can physically remove from the premises in a 10-day period.

This means carpeting, plumbing fixtures, and pipes. Buyers are advised to bring a carpenter, a plumber, and a six-person demolition team — as well as a truck that’s at least 24 feet long — to get the most bang for their buck.

Or you can think of it as your chance to demolish the Tropicana first!
